Packing team leader

As Packing Team Leader, you are the hub of the packing process. You maintain an overview, identify deviations and intervene where necessary. In doing so, you actively participate yourself - you are visible, involved and always close to your team.

Your duties include:

• Ensure smooth packing process and monitor quality;
• Train, supervise and motivate colleagues;
• Communicating clearly and unambiguously, even when things sometimes chafe;
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process optimisation;

We are looking for a team leader with guts and coaching qualities. You get the best out of your team, work in a structured way and feel responsible for the end result.

Furthermore, you bring:

• Leadership and the ability to manage and inspire colleagues;
• Experience in a production or packaging environment is a plus;
• A reliable, committed and communicative working style
• Flexibility to work 2-shifts (alternating working hours, mostly Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 20:00)
