I am Kasia Burczyk and since 1 October 2025 I have been part of Twente Personeelsdiensten's team in the position of back office assistant. This is a broad position with administrative, legal and tax tasks. The work gives me a lot of energy and plenty of challenge on a daily basis. In addition, I regularly get the chance to use my commercial side, in which I have years of experience. This makes my work varied and enjoyable. In addition, teamwork plays a major role. Besides my side job, I study Creative business at Saxion in Enschede, which allows me to apply the knowledge from my studies directly in my work.
