Recruitment & Selection
Recruiting and selecting new employees is a time-consuming process that requires all your attention. Based on your guidelines and job descriptions, we will select an employee. You hire the selected candidate yourself. After which we declare a recruitment and selection fee. If we do not find a suitable candidate it is of course; no cure, no pay.
Reintegration
Twente Personeelsdiensten has entered into a public-private partnership (PPP) with the municipality of Wierden in the area of employer approach and outflow of welfare recipients. We are always looking for vacancies that are suitable for this target group. Due to our years of knowledge and expertise, we know what approach is required in terms of work guidance. Our strength is to successfully reintegrate candidates with a large distance to the labor market.
