At our client - an innovative family company with production sites in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic - you will work in a modern and informal environment. Priema Cetra specialises in punching, assembling, welding (including welding robots) and surface treatments, working with a machine park of over 80 machines. The focus is on quality, efficiency and creative collaborative solutions.

What are your duties?

Operating welding robots: loading and unloading products into welding jigs.
Carrying out quality checks, e.g. by checking dimensions with a cross card.
Respond to unforeseen situations, resolve faults or anomalies - make repairs when trained.
Thinking along on process improvements and continuous quality assurance.
Actively contribute to teamwork in an experienced group of welders and operators.

What are we looking for?

Technical understanding and experience with welding systems, preferably welding robot operation.
Accurate work attitude and attention to detail in pulling, welding and product quality.
Proactive with problem-solving skills.
Independent and team-oriented: experience sharing, cooperation and knowledge transfer are important.
