Our client in Almelo is a specialised metalworking company that focuses on providing customised solutions for a variety of customers. With modern machinery, craftsmanship and an eye for detail, they realise high-quality sheet metal products and constructions. To expand the team, we are looking for an experienced TIG welder who wants to apply his skills to both customised and series work.

What are your duties?
As a TIG welder, you will work on machining and assembling sheet metal products, both for specific customer orders and machine parts. Your duties include:
- Assembling and welding structures based on technical drawings.
- Perform construction work such as cutting, drilling, grinding and finishing.
- Checking the dimensions and quality of the welded product.
- Thinking about improvements in the production process and working methods.
- Be responsible for keeping your workplace tidy and safe.
You will work day shift from 07:30 to 16:15, for a working week of 38.75 hours.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a TIG welder who:
- Experienced in TIG welding (stainless steel and steel, aluminium is a plus).
- Be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Accurate work and an eye for detail and finish.
- Can work independently but also collaborate well in a team.
- Driven to deliver skilled work and open to learning.
