Would you like to work in a traditional and modern production environment where quality and craftsmanship are key? For our client - a specialist in polyester processing - we are looking for a motivated day shift production worker. You will join a team that works on unique products such as hull boats, motor and sailing yachts, but also dormers, shower floors and other composite products.

What are your duties?

Participate in the production of polyester hulls and composite products;
Climbing and working in and on boats (physical fitness is required);
Working with high-quality, modern tools and Lloyd-approved materials;
General production and finishing work;
Together with colleagues, you provide quality products for leading clients at home and abroad.

What are we looking for?

You have two right hands and are handy;
Experience is nice, but certainly not a requirement - the will to learn is more important;
You are physically fit and have no problem working alternately on top and under boats;
You are a go-getter and are open to new techniques and materials;
Flexible in working hours (in consultation with team leader between 06:00 and 17:00).

A market-based salary starting from €14.99 per hour (collective labour agreement minimum, ADV included);
Many overtime opportunities, above 38 hours paid at 150%;
