Our client in Vroomshoop is a specialist in woodworking and provides tailor-made solutions for a variety of customers in the construction and interior industries. Using modern machinery and craftsmanship, they make high-quality products. To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a Production Employee Woodworking who likes to work with his hands and has a fine work mentality.

What are your duties?
In this position, you will assist in operating woodworking machines. You will be inducted by experienced colleagues and learn step by step how the machines work, with the possibility of eventually operating them independently. Your duties include:
- Operating and setting up machines (after familiarisation period).
- Feeding materials and ensuring proper feeding into the machine.
- Unloading materials and packaging/preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Solving minor malfunctions and identifying anomalies.
- Logistics work around the production process.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Production Worker who:
- Has a good work ethic and is motivated to learn.
- Likes to work with his hands.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Accurate and responsible work.
- Experience in woodworking or manufacturing is nice, but not a requirement.

- A full-time job in day shift (Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30).
- Market-based salary in accordance with collective labour agreement HIBIN (job group 4/5).
