With an eye for detail and quality, they produce customised packaging solutions for customers all over the world. Their modern print shop employs professionals with a passion for the product. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Print Shop Operator who will take responsibility for keeping the production process running.

What are your duties?
As a Print Shop Operator, you will be responsible for keeping the production machines in the print shop running optimally. Your duties include:
- Operating and adjusting printing machines.
- Replacing rolls and ensuring continuous material supply.
- Resolve breakdowns so that the production process continues.
- Perform quality checks on the finished product.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Collaborate with colleagues and consult with team leader on improvements.
You work in a 2-shift operation:
- Early shift: Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:15, Friday 7:00 - 12:00
- Late shift: Monday to Thursday 14:00 - 23:00, Fri 14:00 - 18:00
- Sometimes you may be temporarily rostered in a 3-shift or occasional night shift.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Print Shop Operator who:
- Has technical insight and can identify and resolve faults.
- Works accurately and has an eye for quality.
- Can work independently but also collaborate well in a team.
- Willing to work 2-shifts (and occasional night or 3-shifts).
- Motivated, eager to learn and flexible.
