For our client in Roosendaal, we are looking for a motivated order picker. Our client is a modern and traditional bakery where fresh bread is produced and delivered daily with passion and precision to customers throughout the country. Behind the scenes, an enthusiastic logistics team ensures that all orders leave the door complete and on time. As an order picker, you play an important role in this. With your efforts, you ensure that the right products arrive at the right place, so that customers can always count on top quality.

What are your duties?
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and checking orders. Your duties include:
- Manual collection of bread crates containing various types of bread at the right collection point.
- Check collected products for damage and expiry dates.
- Ensuring goods are in the right place on time for the transport department.
- Tidying up and keeping your workplace clean.
Working hours
- As an order picker, you must be available full-time
- Working hours are in a 2-shift (day and night shift) and rotating on Saturdays
- Day shift: 10:00-18:00 or 06:00-14:00
- Night shift: 02:00-10:00
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive work for long periods.
- Has no difficulty lifting and moving bread crates (average 5 kg).
- Works accurately and has an eye for quality.
- Willing to work shifts and also Saturdays.
- Does not mind doing cleaning work at the end of the shift.
- Experience is not necessary - our client is happy to teach you the trade.

- Salary according to CAO Bakery (industrial): €16.47 - €19.48 per hour (excluding allowances)
- Supplements on top of your hourly wage for irregular shifts as per the table below
- Commuting allowance of €0.23 per km, with a maximum of €9.20 per day
