For our client, we are looking for a driven Operator Grootbrood to keep the production process running smoothly. Our client is a real family business. They work together with the aim of baking the tastiest bread for the customer.

What are your duties?

As an operator large bread, you will be jointly responsible for operating our client's large bread lines. You will be responsible for:

Operating and correctly setting the machines.
Troubleshooting.
Checking for proper use of bags and clips.
Ensuring a neat, efficient and high-quality packing line.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient, but can also keep up with the pace and precision. You are:

Physically fit and able to withstand working shifts.
Accurate as well as able to work smoothly.
Someone with a sense of responsibility.
Stress-resistant and flexible.
Willing to work in shifts (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) and occasionally on Saturdays (once or twice every 4 weeks).

In addition, it is not important that you have work experience in this position. Our client will teach you all the tricks of the trade.

Salary according to collective labour agreement for the baking industry (industrial). Minimum scale 4 (€17.04 to €21.22 gross per hour)
