For our client in Roosendaal, we are looking for a driven Operator Bakker. In this role, you will be responsible for a complete bread line - from A to Z. You will work in a modern bakery environment where craftsmanship, quality and efficiency go hand in hand. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that thousands of loaves leave the line every day, perfectly baked and packaged.

What are your duties?

Setting up the production machines
Monitor the process and adjust where necessary
Troubleshooting
Carrying out quality checks
Perform cleaning tasks on the line and in the department (important part of the job)
Occasional participation in deep cleaning of the line

What are we looking for?

You are physically fit and not afraid of hard work
You have no problem working 3 shifts:
- 08:00 - 16:00
- 16:00 - 00:00
- 00:00 - 08:00
- (Times may vary occasionally, sometimes you may start at 6.00 for example)
You are willing to work approximately 2 out of 4 Saturdays (this means Friday to Saturday night or Saturday early shift)
You have perseverance and understand that learning the whole line takes time
Experience is nice, but not required - motivation and commitment are most important

Full-time position in a modern bakery with a close-knit team
5-day working week (working 2 out of 4 Saturdays on average)
Excellent salary according to Collective labour agreement for the bakery industry: €19.11 - €23.89 per hour (excluding allowances)
Supplements on top of your hourly wage for irregular shifts as per the table below
Thorough familiarisation period of 4-8 weeks to enable you to run a full line independently.
Varied work, where you play an important role in the production process of daily fresh bread
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, with a maximum of €9.20 per day
