For our client in Vriezenveen, we are looking for an Operator Bake-Off. In this role, you will work in the packing department and ensure that products are neatly processed and packed. It is physical work, where you are responsible for a smoothly running process together with your colleagues.

Working hours
- In this role, your working hours are variable
- Sometimes working 3-shifts, but mainly late shifts and night shifts
- Full-time employment is not standard.
- In the case of night shifts, it involves 5 days a week.
- In the case of day shifts, it involves 4 days a week (and sometimes 3)
- Almost never on Saturdays
What are we looking for?
- You are flexible and can cope well with changing schedules
- You are physically fit
- You are okay with the fact that your working week may vary (sometimes 5 days, sometimes 4 or 3 days)
- No experience necessary - you will be fully inducted
What do we have to offer?
- Salary according to CAO Bakkersbedrijf (industrial), scale 2 (€16.47 - €19.48 gross per hour)
- Varied working hours
- No standard full-time working week - variation between 3 and 5 days a week
- In principle, no work on Saturdays
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. €9.20 per day)
- Working in a motivated team with a pleasant working atmosphere
- Allowances for irregular shifts in accordance with the table below
