Machine operator

As Operator, you will ensure that the production process in the filling and packing department runs smoothly. You are responsible for operating, adjusting and cleaning the machines and keep a close eye on the quality of the products. You work in a close-knit team of about 10 colleagues and have a varied job as the filling lines change regularly.

Your duties include:

• Operate, set and adjust production machines.
• Perform final checks and maintain records.
• Collaborate with different departments, such as logistics, for an efficient process.
• Participate in daily board meetings to discuss improvements.
• Fix minor faults and carry out light maintenance work, together with the technical service.

You will work in 2 shifts:

• Early shift: 06:00 - 15:00

• Late shift: 15:00 - 00:00

We are looking for an Operator with a real hands-on mentality. You recognise yourself in the following profile:

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
• Completed MBO education level 3 in the direction of Food Technology or VAPRO A and/or B.
• Experience with HACCP.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Operator in the food industry.
• Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
