Together with a close team of colleagues, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly.

What are your duties?

In the role of Operator, you will be responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. Your tasks are varied and challenging:

Operating, adjusting and cleaning machines;
Monitor product quality according to HACCP guidelines;
Carrying out checks and administrative records;
Resolve minor malfunctions and identify improvements;
Working with your team of around 10 colleagues on the filling lines.

You will work in a 3-shift operation, so no two days are the same:

Early shift: 06:00 - 14:45
Late shift: 13:45 - 22:30
Night shift: 22:15 - 06:15 hours

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an operator with a passion for engineering and food production. You will bring:

At least 2 years' experience as an Operator in the food industry, or a completed MBO education level 3 towards Food Technology or VAPRO A/B;
Experience with HACCP and quality-conscious working;
A hands-on mentality: you tackle and think along;
Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
