Our client in Coevorden is a leading manufacturer within the food industry. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Machine Operator who wants to work in 5 shifts and is ready for a challenge in the process industry.

What are your duties?
As a Machine Operator, you can be deployed in different departments:
- Making department (production): You work with extruders and closely monitor the production process. You set up machines, monitor process parameters and intervene in case of deviations.
- Packing department: You will operate and set up packing machines, ensure a well-packaged end product and contribute to the logistics process towards the warehouse.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out quality checks.
- Solving minor malfunctions.
- Cleaning and maintaining your workplace and machinery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to make the process as efficient as possible.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Machine Operator who:
- Has experience in a production or process environment (experience in the food industry is a plus).
- Has technical insight and can identify and resolve faults.
- Works accurately and has an eye for quality and safety.
- Willing to work a 5-shift schedule.
- Team-oriented and eager to learn.
What do we have to offer?
- A 5-shift job with a shift bonus of 29.5%.
- A fixed schedule:
- 2x morning shift (06:00 - 14:00)
- 2x afternoon shift (14:00 - 22:00)
- 2x night shift (22:00 - 06:00)
- 4 days off (33.6 hours per week on average)
- Working on weekends and public holidays is part of the job, but public holidays are paid at 200%.
- Gross hourly wage €15.80 excluding allowance (€20.46 including allowance).
