- Actively participate yourself in the production of concrete products, such as paving materials and precast elements.
- Managing a team of about 4-6 colleagues: planning, task distribution and monitoring progress.
- Direct contact with work preparation and planning, controlling workflow.
- Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, thinking along on process improvements.
- Ensuring quality and safety in the workplace.
- MBO working and thinking level, preferably with experience in concrete or precast production.
- Practical leadership qualities: you take initiative, motivate, and actively engage colleagues.
- Quality-conscious, problem-solving and structured in your approach.
- Flexible in working hours at production peaks; communicative and collegial.
