What are your duties?
As an assembly worker, you will be responsible for assembling and erecting various steel constructions. No two days are the same, as you work at a variety of project locations in Twente and sometimes beyond. Your duties include:
- Assembly and erection of steel structures such as industrial buildings.
- Installation of staircases, fences and other structures.
- Work on the basis of construction drawings and on the instructions of the foreman.
- Ensuring that structures are assembled safely and accurately.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated colleague with a passion for steel construction. You recognise yourself in the following profile:
- Experience as an assembler of steel structures is a plus.
- Knowledge of materials and construction techniques.
- In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain one.
- Certificate in safe working at height (or willing to obtain it).
- No fear of heights.
- Tackler mentality and willing to work an extra hour sometimes.
- Technical insight and quality conscious.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
No experience but a go-getter? Then you are also welcome! Through courses and on-the-job training, you will learn all the ins and outs of this profession.
