We have added four proven staffing professionals! At Twente Personeelsdiensten, we strive to always stay ahead in the region. That is why we are delighted to share that our colleagues have recently passed the training course to become a staffing professional in Polish at artra | the training provider for labour market professionals. This intensive training is an important step for our organisation, as it enables us to provide even better service to our Polish-speaking employees.
Focus on quality
At Twente Personeelsdiensten, we value high-quality service and the well-being of our employees. The training focuses not only on improving communication skills, but also on deepening knowledge of laws and regulations, which is essential for accurate and efficient administrative handling. Our colleagues understand how important it is to be well-informed about applicable laws and regulations. This enables us to provide our employees with the best possible support, from the moment of registration to the end of their employment.
This training allows our colleagues to carry out administrative processes even more accurately, which contributes to the reliability and professionalism of our services. Our mission is to grow and remain a dynamic staffing company. By training and developing our employees, we can guarantee expertise, reliability and a quick response for both our employees and clients.
We are proud of the commitment and dedication of our colleagues who took this course. They struggled through difficult material and successfully completed their exams. With four proven staffing professionals joining us, our team is again ready for the future. Agnieszka, Klaudia, Lukasz and Kamil, congratulations again!
The reason we are doing this
In the Netherlands, unfortunately, too many international employees still live and work in poor conditions. Some employers and employment agencies abuse their vulnerable position, resulting in poor housing and games with the salary. To improve the situation of international employees, the government is taking several measures. These measures focus on working and living conditions, as well as the legal status of international employees in the Netherlands.
The government wants international employees to be aware of their rights and obligations in the Netherlands. Via the website Working and living in the Netherlands | Work in NL international employees can find information on housing, dismissal regulations, contract and pay in their own language. This helps them improve their legal status and be better informed about their situation.
The government wants to bar temporary employment agencies that abuse international workers from the market. There are plans for a compulsory certificate for these companies. Without this certificate, they will not be allowed to operate in the Dutch market. Companies that still work with employment agencies without certification will be fined. This measure is essential to protect the position of international employees and tackle rogue staffing agencies.
