What are your duties?
As a commercial office employee, you are responsible for building and maintaining customer relations, both with new and existing customers. You draw up accurate and attractive quotations and calculations, and ensure a clear presentation of our products and services. When obtaining orders, you take care of the corresponding administration for correct and timely invoicing.
You plan customer appointments, provide expert advice and conduct convincing sales discussions with potential clients. You also supervise projects from start to finish, working closely with the production department to ensure smooth progress and high quality.
In this versatile position, you are the point of contact for customers and ensure optimal commercial handling of internal sales and order processes, such as enquiries, quotations, purchasing and orders. You advise customers on our products and possibilities and answer questions about prices, delivery times and open orders.
You will work closely with colleagues to expand the customer base and ensure that both existing and new customers receive the excellent service they have come to expect from us. You will coordinate front-office communications, process orders and ensure the order process runs smoothly.
In short, you are a proactive and driven professional with a commercial attitude, able to perform under pressure and contribute to the success of our team.
What are we looking for?
- You have a completed HBO education or demonstrable HBO working and thinking level;
- Several years of experience in a commercial position and affinity with the construction industry
- Strong communication skills are a must;
- As well as a proactive and results-oriented attitude to work.
- You are a team player.
- Moreover, you are technically savvy and know how to translate customers' needs into concrete solutions.
