For our client in Enschede we are looking for a QA employee to expand the quality team. The company is a family business that is a supplier of high quality meat, they also supply dairy products and fish, among other things.
What are your duties?
As a QA Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our quality and food safety process. You are responsible for various QA tasks, including managing suppliers, recipes, specifications, labels and allergens. In addition, you are closely involved in product development and provide support to colleagues in the KAM (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment) department. You have regular contact with suppliers, colleagues in the production hall and the sales team. You also participate in various working groups to ensure compliance with quality rules and legislation.
What are we looking for?
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably with education in food technology or similar background;
- Experience in the meat industry is a plus;
- You can work independently and preferably have experience in a similar position, Familiarity with ERP packages, such as Reflex, is a plus;
- Knowledge of HACCP and GFSI recognized certificates (such as BRC, IFS, FSSC-22000);
- Affinity with quality and environmental processes and willingness to follow related protocols;
- Good oral skills in Dutch, English and/or German.
