What are your duties?
- Setting up machines correctly;
- Properly weighing raw materials;
- Preparing the dough;
- Perform the baking process from dough to bread;
- Performing (quality) checks;
- Solving (minor) malfunctions;
- Ensuring a neat and clean workplace.

- You do not need to have work experience, but are physically fit, as the work can be fairly intensive;
- You have an efficient work pace and you work accurately;
- You are stress-resistant and solution-oriented;
- You have a sense of responsibility;
- You enjoy working with colleagues;
- You are flexible in availability of days.
What do we have to offer?
In this position, it is possible to work day shift or a 3-shift system:
Day shift: You are available 4 to 5 days a week (38 hours, less by agreement) between 5 am and 5 pm. In busier periods, you are willing to work 3 shifts temporarily. Every weekend you are free.
3-shifts (rotation: day-night-late):
1 week day shift from 6:00/8:00 to 14:00/16:00
1 week night shift from 22:00/00:00 to 06:00/08:00
1 week late shift from 14:00/16:00 to 22:00/00:00
- Salary according to collective labour agreement for the baking industry (industrial). Minimum classification in scale 2.
- 25 annual holidays
- 8,33% holiday allowance
- Stipp pension scheme
- A job with the prospect of a contract directly with our client
- A travel allowance of €0.23 per km (with a maximum of €6.70 per day)
