We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Operator for our client in Ootmarsum with preference for MBO level 2 Process Engineering / Operator A and/or experience in the food industry. As Operator you are responsible for operating and controlling various processes within our organization. Your expertise and skills are essential to ensure that our production process runs smoothly and meets the highest quality standards.
What are your duties?
- Operate, set and control machines and equipment in the production line.
- Monitor the production process and take timely action on any deviations.
- Solve minor malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance on the machines.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure that products meet specified requirements.
- Record production data and report deviations to team leader.
What are we looking for?
- Completed MBO education level 2 Process Engineering / Operator A (or similar) or demonstrable experience in the food industry.
- Technical understanding and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to work 2-shift and occasional shift work.
- Flexibility to work in different departments and learn about various processes.
- Team player with good communication skills.
