Do you want to become part of our team? We are looking for a new colleague at Twente Personeelsdiensten. Due to increasing pressure on administration due to growth and new legislation, we are looking for a Backoffice Employee in the Temporary Employment sector. Within this role, you will work closely with our Backoffice Manager. You ensure that all administrative processes behind the scenes run smoothly, with an eye for detail and a feeling for people and regulations. You will actively contribute to the preparation and implementation of changes in the temporary employment sector - especially regarding collective labour agreements and legislation - and act as a trusted point of contact for our temporary workers.

What are your duties?
Your work in this position will be broad and varied. Below is a sample of the work you will do in this position:
- Implementing and updating clients' collective agreements
- Setting up pay and rate tables based on remuneration schemes
- Drafting legal documents (employment contracts, staff handbooks, letters) and managing templates in our system
- Participating in the implementation of the new collective agreement for temporary workers
- Administrative preparation for the WTTA (Wet Toelating Terbeschikkingstelling Arbeidskrachten)
- Support with payroll, time processing and absence management
- Management of collective health insurance (ZEM) for temporary workers, including provision of information
- Questionnaire for temporary workers on salary, hours, contracts, payslips and tax issues
- Procurement of workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE)
What are we looking for?
First of all, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, precise and accurate. The emphasis in this position is on administrative tasks, but it is also nice if you have some knowledge of employment law. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who brings the following with them:
- Affinity with payroll, HR or legal personnel documentation
- You work accurately and are good at ordering and structuring
- You can work independently but also feel comfortable working in a team
- Experience with collective agreements, payroll processing or the temporary employment industry is an advantage
- You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented, even when things get busy for a while
- Preferably proficient in Dutch and English and/or Polish.
