For a Plastic producing company in Goor we are looking for an enterprising operator. This production location possesses an extensive, modern and high-quality machine park with which they produce various plastic packaging for the fruit and vegetable industry.
After taking a look in the kitchen of this beautiful company, we know what is expected of an operator. Here you are not a number, but they make decisions together, they walk into the office with the director and this company is recognizable by its informal working atmosphere.
What are your duties?
- Adjusting and operating machines for processing rolls of film;
- Monitoring the production process and checking quality;
- Recording production data;
- Updating your colleagues at shift change on ongoing issues.
What are we looking for?
An employee who has completed VMBO and may already have some work experience in a manufacturing environment. In addition, you are:
- Technically literate;
- Enthusiastic and proactive;
- And you know how to get to work;
- Willing to work in shifts
- If you do not have a completed education, but have a hands-on mentality, we also look forward to seeing you.
What do we have to offer?
- With about 30 colleagues you will work in 2 shifts, alternating between an early shift from 06:00 to 14:30 and a late shift from 14:30 to 23:00. For this you will receive a shift bonus of 15%;
- Salary in accordance with the collective labor agreement, from €12.87 gross per hour;
- After mutual approval you will receive a permanent contract;

- A travel allowance of €0,19 per kilometer.
