For a modern textile service company in Hardenberg, we are looking for a Technical Operator on a 2-shift rota. Thousands of kilos of hotel linen and workwear are processed daily for customers nationwide and internationally. A well-functioning machinery, therefore, is essential. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that production runs safely and efficiently and that any malfunctions are resolved quickly. The company is part of an international organisation and invests heavily in the development of its employees.

What are your duties?

Monitoring the optimal functioning of the machinery
Detecting and resolving faults in production facilities
Working with operators and maintenance to prevent malfunctions
Minor maintenance work
Brainstorming technical improvements to machines and processes
Ensuring a safe and tidy working environment

What are we looking for?

You have MBO (vocational education) work and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction
You have technical insight and an affinity for maintenance and malfunctions.
You work accurately and take responsibility
You can work independently and as part of a team.
You are willing to work a two-shift system.
You master the Dutch language

What do we have to offer?

Salary between €3,000 and €3,850 gross per month, excluding the 15% shift allowance
25 days’ holiday, 8.33% holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus
