Work Preparer / Preventive Maintenance Employee

Are you technically minded, do you work in a structured way and do you like to think ahead? For a technical manufacturing company, we are looking for a Work Planner / Preventive Maintenance Employee. In this versatile role, you will be the linchpin within the Service Support department and will ensure that maintenance work is optimally prepared, planned, and followed up.

You will be working in an informal and professional environment where collaboration, initiative and quality are paramount.

What are your duties?

Drawing up and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules for machines and installations.;
Preparing work orders including technical documentation, material lists and required resources;
Preparing, developing and following up on quotations;
Identifying risks and areas for improvement within maintenance and service processes.;
Liaising with service engineers, project leaders and clients regarding planning and execution;
To contribute to the optimisation of work processes and procedures;
Analysing recurring faults and proposing structural solutions.;
Monitoring progress and reporting to the team leader.

What are we looking for?

MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction such as mechatronics or electrical engineering;
Experience with work preparation, planning, or preventive maintenance is an advantage.;
Proactive and independent work attitude;
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving insight;
Good communication skills;
Team player with a sense of responsibility;
Good command of the Dutch language and preferably also English and/or German.
