For a modern and growing family business in Wierden, specialising in bespoke precast concrete products, we are looking for an Associate Foreman. Within this company, a variety of concrete products are produced: from balcony slabs, sills and cornices to stairs, piers and manholes. Craftsmanship, quality and cooperation are key here.

What are your duties?
As Co-operating Foreman, you are the link between the shop floor and production planning. You actively participate in the production process while ensuring that the team is properly managed.
Your duties will include:
- Managing and supervising production workers on the shop floor
- Participating in the production of precast concrete products
- Monitoring the planning, quality and progress of the work
- Ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
- Consulting with planning and work preparation colleagues
- Identifying areas for improvement in the production process
Experience with concrete is not a requirement - leading and keeping an overview is most important in this position.
- Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.
- Breaks: in the morning 20 minutes between noon 35 minutes in the afternoon 20 minutes
What are we looking for?
- You have experience in a management or leadership role within a production environment
- You are practical and enjoy working on the shop floor
- You can read technical drawings or are willing to learn to do so
- You communicate clearly and know how to motivate employees
- You are stress-resistant and keep an overview
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You hold a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one
