Our commitment to service and safety

At Twente Personeelsdiensten, we are always improving our services and strengthening our ties with clients and employees. We recently organised two shoot days so that we have enough content for our social media again for the coming year. We also organised a forklift course on location at Otto Simon, in cooperation with Otto Simon and Arbo Advies Buro Twente. Day 1: A day's walk with Twente Personeelsdiensten

Our first day of filming was filled with action and insight into the day-to-day work of our staff at Twente Personeelsdiensten. We included a day-long walk-through to offer a behind-the-scenes look. Our recruiters were busy with intakes and phone calls to find the right candidates for our vacancies. Intermediaries conducted interviews with our employees at clients' offices, provided the right work clothes and brought cars to work sites. Our account managers dealt with acquisition and also visited clients on site.

We also voiced dozens of job postings for stories on our social media, allowing us to inform our followers about new opportunities quickly and efficiently. It was a day full of productivity and collaboration, highlighting our commitment to finding the right match between employers and employees.

Shooting day 2: Filming vacancies with our esteemed clients

On the second day of filming, we focused the cameras on some of our loyal clients. We filmed vacancies at:

• Kaleidoscope: Cardboard production worker and print shop operator
• Pentas Moulding: Finisher and Operator at Rotary Casting Furnaces
• Brinks Components: Metal worker and CNC operator
• PS Netherlands: Logistics worker and Assembly worker

• Kamphuis Nijverdal: Sprayer

These videos help us give potential candidates a clear picture of the working environment and positions at these companies. Through this personal and visual approach, we make the application process more accessible and transparent. We also improve the onboarding process for the client by giving the applicant a clear picture of the work beforehand. We add the vacancies to a substantial list of other positions we have filmed at clients in the past;

• Production; Production worker, Cutter, Punch cutter, Spot welder, Laundry worker, Machine operator, Saw operator
• Technology; Composer, Welder, Construction bench worker, Powder coater, Automobile mechanic, Assembly worker

Forklift course at Otto Simon

In addition to our filming days, we also organised a forklift course on location at Otto Simon. In cooperation with Otto Simon and Arbo Adviesburo Twente BV we trained a group of enthusiastic gentlemen. The courses included Order Pick Truck, EPT, Forklift Truck and Narrow Aisle Truck.

These courses are essential for ensuring safety and efficiency in warehouses and production facilities. By offering our temporary workers these courses, we not only invest in their skills, but also in the safety and productivity of our clients. That is why we are super happy with Otto Simon's thinking along with the possibility of carrying out the courses in an environment the employees are used to working in.
